Turnkey online store for the travel agency “GoTravel.” The website was developed as an extension for Joomla.

The travel agency “GoTravel” approached us with a task to develop a custom CRM system and a website with online tour sales functionality. The client chose our studio due to our proven experience in creating websites and solutions for the travel industry.

Admin Panel and CRM System
The majority of the functionality was implemented within the internal admin panel, including:

a CRM system for generating contracts and payment links for tours;

integration with Yandex.Direct for advertising automation;

tools for creating email campaigns;

an internal task management system.
Development Timeline
The full development of the website and CRM system took 5 months.
Result
As a result, the “GoTravel” travel agency received a powerful platform for online sales and business process automation - covering everything from tour management and marketing to customer communication.
